This session will be led by Richard Tashma. Richard joined DudeChat after meeting Brock Elder in a collaborative coach training. Richard has a background in biology and engineering, but shifted his attention and focus to therapeutic coaching to help repair his relationship with his then-adolescent daughter. Finding a group where he can grow and heal with other men who also admit similar struggles with life and relationship challenges, has been a source of relief for Richard.
